Performance and characteristics:
1. The product is soluble in oil and general organic solvent, dispersed in water, and has good emulsification performance.
2. This product has a good emulsifying effect on tallow. The tallow paste made of this product is delicate, stable and smooth.
3. This product can also be used as a component of cleaning agent and emulsifier in other industries.
Application:
The emulsifier is added into the butter to heat and melt, the emulsified dosage is 20% of the butter amount, and then 40 ~ 50 ℃ warm water is added into the butter, the amount of water is about twice of the butter. Dissolve after full stirring, cool and solidify (for reference).
Package and Storage:
Metal pail, 200Kg/drum or plastic drum, 50Kg/drum.
Storage period: two years.
