Chemical composition: is composed of a variety of surfactants and co emulsifiers

Technical specification:

Appearance: milky white solid

Content: ≥ 99%

PH value: 5.0 ~ 7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Performance and characteristics:

1. The product is soluble in hot water and general organic solvent, with good emulsification and lubrication performance;

2. This product has good emulsifying effect on palm wax.

Application:

Add emulsifier into palm wax, mix and heat to melt, emulsify 25% of palm wax, mix 80-90 ℃ hot water into the mixture, keep it warm for 20-30 minutes, and cool it to be concentrated emulsion with blue light. The solid content of wax emulsion is 20~30%. (for reference)

Package and Storage:

Metal pail, 200Kg/drum or plastic drum, 50Kg/drum.

Storage period: two years.
